ExtremeGamingDevices.com
is a division of The Micwil Group of
Companies, a company operating in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan since
1994. Micwil Computer Consulting initially provided dedicated computer
sales, service, upgrades, training and troubleshooting. We have always
been committed to a high level of customer service, and believe in personalized
customer service for every client. As Micwil became more and more specialized
in the area of specialty input devices, it was decided to form a new
division exclusively dedicated to servicing our gaming customers.
ExtremeGamingDevices.com
was launched on July 1, 2004, providing a new identity for the company
and a focus on 'cool' gaming products for customers who take their gaming
seriously. Our goal was (and continues to be) to work collaboratively
with manufacturers and consumers to provide not just a source for gaming
products in Canada but also provide a reliable reference source for
information on these products. We are developing one of the most comprehensive
listings of gaming input devices and accessories on the web, and provide
detailed technical specifications on all our products, allowing visitors
to research potential product choices to determine which is right for
them. In consultation with our customers and other industry partners,
we continue to expand our range of products and manufacturers.
Our
Philosophy
Our goal
is to continually increase our range of products to ensure that we offer
any specialty gaming product available anywhere in the world at a reasonable
price. We want to be where Canadians shop for specialty gaming products.
We also
seek to act as a Canadian representative for specialty input device
and accessory manufacturers, providing them with a fulfillment solution
(i.e. distribution to end users and resellers) in addition to acting
as a technical support centre, warranty depot and customer service centre
for their Canadian customers.

Staff
ExtremeGamingDevices.com
is owned by Michael Craggs, BA, LLB. Mr. Craggs has degrees in Economics,
Political Studies and Law, and has been involved in the computer industry
since 1989. His years of experience in the computer industry and over
a decade of experience in handling specialty computing products have
given him excellent knowledge of the effectiveness and applications
of various devices. In addition he has a solid background in information
technology, troubleshooting and technical support.
Jana
began working part-time for The Micwil Group of Companies in 2002 and
moved to full-time in February of 2003. Her experience in client management
and customer service in her prior career as a legal secretary have ensured
that our customers needs are always addressed and that no customer concern
or comment will 'slip through the cracks'. She is currently the Order
Desk Manager.
We also
have a number of Customer Service Representatives, along with our
warehouse manager, Brian, who ensures that we always have sufficient
inventory on hand to meet the demands of our customers.

also has a number of dedicated contract employees who work in various
capacities in the organization from including warehouse / logistics
support, technical support and new product design and research.

our product whenever possible directly from the manufacturer and offer
a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products which do not meet the
expectations of our customers (less shipping and handling and a marginal
restocking fee).
