ShipDriver Watercraft Simulation Controller




Immerse yourself in the game without immersing yourself in the water.  The ShipDriver Watercraft controller features 40 assignable buttons, and includes a built-in subwoofer, which shakes the controller appropriately (subwoofer has a volume selector). 

It can be used to pilot "ships, motorboats, sail boats, tug boats, pilot boats, tankers, container vessels, battle cruisers, pirate ships, frigates, catamarans, PT boats, aircraft carriers, submarines, yachts, jet skis, cruise ships, rescue vessels, inflatables, and any other craft in a simulation software which will accept a USB game controller". 

Interchangeable classic steering wheel, modern steering wheel, and tiller provide for steering all kinds of watercraft. Two dedicated buttons change the sensitivity and limits to match the type of rudder control. The LED display shows the current mode.

The controller is recognized by most marine simulation programs.  The manufacturer has tested and confirmed compatibility with Ship Simulator 2008, Ship Simulator Extremes, Sail Simulator 5.2, and Vehicle Simulator (Virtual Sailor).

The ShipDriver installs as a USB Game Controller and USB Keyboard and requires NO software. The compatibility chart below indicates specific program compatibility with the ShipDriver and in no way indicates software compatibility with a given operating system.

POV Hat Switch, Zoom control,
and Programmable buttons

The POV/Hat switch ensures that you have access to all sections of your ship when you need it. The Zoom rocker provides the ability to quickly change zoom settings while viewing. The upper bank of blue buttons provide F1-F5 and 0-5 commands as well as changing the steering control settings. The lower bank of blue buttons and all buttons on the the helm are game controller buttons which can be mapped to the simulation software via control settings. Legend strips are available in preprinted or editable format.
