IMPORTANT: We must receive your request to participate in this promotion no later than October 15th. If you email us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, feel free to call us to register.

Step 2: We will provide you with instructions on returning your unit to us, which must be done no later than October 31st, 2004. If you bought your original unit from us, you shouldn't have to provide your receipt (as we will have it on file). If it was purchased elsewhere, we will need a photocopy of your receipt / invoice from your original purchase.

Step 3: We will return your device to NaturalPoint on your behalf to qualify for the promotion.
